No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and business operations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and delivered. This policy applies to all products sold on our website.

No Cancellation After Order Confirmation

Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled. Customers are requested to review product details, quantities, and shipping information carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances. However, a refund may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged during transit
  • The product delivered is incorrect compared to the order placed

In such cases, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images of the product and packaging. After verification, a replacement or refund (at our discretion) may be initiated.

Processing of Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.
